Hyderabad Real estate consulting firm CBRE South Asia Pvt Ltd has launched specialised business services to support healthcare and education real estate services in India here on Friday. It has already managed over 19 million sft and over 10 million sft in the healthcare and education domain respectively, servicing over 50 clients each. Now, it plans to strengthen the function, with an aim to capture the dominant market position in the relatively large and underserved sectors.

Several factors are driving the growth within the health and education sectors, including a growing middle-class, an increased emphasis on public-private partnerships as well as accelerated adoption of digital technologies, including telemedicine, ed-tec along with increased FDI inflows over the last two decades. Healthcare sector is expected to reach $400 billion by 2023 and education sector to amount to $225 billion by 2025. With cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore, Kolkata and Chennai expected to fuel further expansion.

It will provide specialist team for strategic advices, market analysis, feasibility studies and valuations, as well as transactional services.
